Mesquite Wildcats (Gilbert, AZ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host American Leadership Academy Patriots (Queen Creek, AZ), 52-35 in a league bout.
With the win, Mesquite upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats host American Leadership Academy (Queen Creek, AZ) to play the Patriots in a bout on Monday, February 7. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 8-2.
Next up, the Patriots play the Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 24. American Leadership Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record.
