In Friday's league outing, the Kennedy Cougars (Sacramento, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Burbank Titans (Sacramento, CA), by a margin of 71-18.

The Cougars (3-10) will now prepare for their outing against Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Mustangs go into the Metropolitan Conference outing with a 12-6 record. In their last outing, Monterey Trail was trounced by McClatchy (Sacramento, CA), 49-35, in a league outing.
