Texas High School Basketball - Cross Plains tipped by Eula

The Eula Pirates basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Cross Plains Buffaloes to 44 in the Pirates league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now sport a 17-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rising Star for a 1A Region II District 13 contest on Tuesday, January 25. Eula will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 43-23 league loss to May (May, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-8.
The Buffaloes (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Baird (Baird, TX). The Bears enter the 1A Region II District 13 contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, Baird was nudged by May (May, TX), 52-27, in a league contest.
