The Wisdom Generals (Houston, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Austin Mustangs (Houston, TX), 45-32 in Saturday's league test.

The Generals (3-12) will now prepare for their test against Milby (Houston, TX). The Buffs go into the 5A Region III District 19 test with a 13-10 record. In their last test, Milby notched a victory over Northside (Houston, TX), 89-49, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Madison for a 5A Region III District 19 test on Monday, January 23. Austin will encounter a Marlins squad coming off a 79-65 league win over Sharpstown (Houston, TX). The Marlins record now stands at 17-6.
