The Worthington Christian Warriors basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Buckeye Valley Barons to 47 in the Warriors league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to KIPP Columbus for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 25. Worthington Christian will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 80-57 league win over Horizon Science Academy (Columbus, OH). The Jaguars record now stands at 12-3.
The Barons (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Francis DeSales (Columbus, OH). The Stallions enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, St. Francis DeSales ran past Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH), 50-38, in a league contest.
