With the victory, Dyer County improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Choctaws travel to Dyersburg (Dyersburg, TN) to confront the Trojans in a 3A District 13 challenge on Friday, January 27. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 16-4. Dyersburg won 82-66 in their recent non-league challenge against Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO)

Next up, the Vikings confront the Dickson County Cougars (Dickson, TN) in a 4A District 14 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Northwest will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record.
