The Edison Eagles basketball team (Edison, NJ), was routed 62-35 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host South Plainfield Tigers (South Plainfield, NJ)

The Tigers now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sayreville for a Greater Middlesex - White battle on Tuesday, January 24. South Plainfield will battle a Bombers team coming off a 50-42 league win over North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ). The Bombers record now stands at 3-14.
