The Hug Hawks basketball team (Reno, NV), was overwhelmed 60-26 in Saturday's league battle with the host South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA)
The Vikings now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Truckee for a 3A Northern - West battle on Monday, January 23. South Tahoe will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 66-52 non-league win over Galena (Reno, NV). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-6.
The Hawks (1-17) will now prepare for their battle against South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA). The Vikings come into the 3A Northern - West battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, South Tahoe trounced Truckee (Truckee, CA), 47-33, in a league battle.
