In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lewiston Blue Devils (Lewiston, ME) basketball squad beat the visiting Scarborough Red Storm (Scarborough, ME), by a count of 68-55.
The Blue Devils (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Cheverus (Portland, ME). The Stags go into the AA North outing with a 11-5 record. In their last outing, Cheverus defeated Windham (Windham, ME), 65-53, in a league outing.
The Red Storm now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to South Portland for a AA South outing on Tuesday, January 24. Scarborough will clash with a Red Riots squad coming off a 74-40 non-league win over Deering (Portland, ME). The Red Riots record now stands at 10-3.
