Shawano Community Hawks (Shawano, WI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting New London Bulldogs (New London, WI), 72-68 in a league bout.

With the win, Shawano Community upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Hawks host Menasha (Menasha, WI) to play the Bluejays in a Bay bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 6-10. Menasha won 64-34 in their recent league bout against Green Bay East (Green Bay, WI)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the West De Pere Phantoms (De Pere, WI) in a Bay bout, on Monday, January 23. New London will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record.
