New Mexico High School Basketball - Albuquerque Academy knocked off by Hope Christian

The Hope Christian Huskies basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Albuquerque Academy Chargers to 31 in the Huskies league triumph on Saturday.

The Huskies now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Valley for a 4A District 6 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Hope Christian will meet a Vikings team coming off a 59-51 non-league loss to West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Vikings record now stands at 11-8.

The Chargers (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM). The Knights enter the 4A District 6 contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Del Norte was outscored by Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 50-30, in a non-league contest.
