Texas High School Basketball - Alief Taylor over Alief Elsik

Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Alief Taylor Lions (Houston, TX) and the visiting Alief Elsik Rams (Houston, TX), saw Alief Taylor's basketball squad overcome Alief Elsik by a tally of 51-31.

With the victory, Alief Taylor improves its record to 15-12 on the campaign. The Lions host Alvin (Alvin, TX) to confront the Yellowjackets in a 6A Region III District 23 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 9-20. Alvin lost 55-17 in their recent league challenge against Dawson (Pearland, TX)

Next up, the Rams confront the Pearland Oilers (Pearland, TX) in a 6A Region III District 23 test, on Friday, January 27. Alief Elsik will attempt to advance on its 9-19 season record.
