Branson Bulls (Ross, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Novato Hornets (Novato, CA), 53-14 in a league bout.

With the victory, Branson upgrades its record to 11-9 on the campaign. The Bulls travel to Archie Williams (San Anselmo, CA) to play the Peregrine Falcons in a Marin County bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Peregrine Falcons come into the bout with a record of 13-9. Archie Williams won 53-51 in their recent league bout against San Rafael (San Rafael, CA)

Next up, the Hornets play the San Marin Mustangs (Novato, CA) in a Marin County bout, on Thursday, January 26. Novato will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 17-5 record after their 45-41 league loss to Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA).
