The Carbon Hill Bulldogs basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Dora Bulldogs to 34 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Curry for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Carbon Hill will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 38-34 non-league loss to Carbon Hill (Carbon Hill, AL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 16-6.
The Bulldogs (17-6) will now prepare for their contest against Fultondale (Birmingham, AL). The Wildcats come into the 4A Area 9 contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Fultondale was defeated by Good Hope (Cullman, AL), 91-26, in a non-league contest.
