The Hazen Wildcats (Hardwick, VT) basketball crushed the visiting Danville Indians (Danville, VT), 56-32 in Saturday's league test.
The Wildcats (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Winooski (Winooski, VT). The Spartans go into the Mountain test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, Winooski was trounced by Stowe (Stowe, VT), 54-43, in a league test.
The Indians now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Blue Mountain for a CVL test on Wednesday, January 25. Danville will encounter a Bucks squad coming off a 51-45 league win over Milton (Milton, VT). The Bucks record now stands at 10-1.
