Oregon High School Basketball - Griswold overwhelmed by Union

The Union Bobcats basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Griswold Grizzlies to 18 in the Bobcats league victory on Saturday.
The Bobcats now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elgin for a 1A Old Oregon contest on Friday, January 27. Union will battle a Huskies team coming off a 59-25 league loss to Echo (Echo, OR). The Huskies record now stands at 5-8.
The Grizzlies (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Nixyaawii Community (Pendleton, OR). The Eagles come into the 1A Old Oregon contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Nixyaawii Community triumphed over Elgin (Elgin, OR), 72-27, in a league contest.
