With the win, Normal University upgrades its record to 8-16 on the season. The Pioneers host MacArthur (Decatur, IL) to clash with the Generals in a Central State Eight bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 11-13. MacArthur won 64-59 in their recent league bout against Springfield Southeast (Springfield, IL)

Next up, the Crimsons clash with the Decatur Eisenhower Panthers (Decatur, IL) in a Central State Eight bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Jacksonville will attempt to upgrade on its 7-19 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 4-16 record after their 46-35 league win over Lanphier (Springfield, IL).
