California High School Basketball - Point Arena knocked off by Mendocino

January 21, 2023: Mendocino, CA 95460

The Mendocino Cardinals basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Point Arena Pirates to 31 in the Cardinals league triumph on Saturday.

The Cardinals now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Anderson Valley for a North Central III contest on Tuesday, January 24. Mendocino will meet a Panthers team coming off a 34-31 league loss to Round Valley (Covelo, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.

The Pirates (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Anderson Valley (Boonville, CA). The Panthers enter the North Central III contest with a 3-5 record.
