The Ojai Valley Spuds (Ojai, CA) basketball crushed the host Newbury Park Adventist Gators (Newbury Park, CA), 58-8 in Saturday's league test.
The Spuds (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Hillcrest Christian (Thousand Oaks, CA). The Saints go into the Omega test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Hillcrest Christian walloped La Reina (Thousand Oaks, CA), 31-20, in a non-league test.
The Gators now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Beacon Hill for a Omega test on Monday, January 23.
