Georgia High School Basketball - Troup County thwarts Riverdale

January 21, 2023: LaGrange, GA 30241

The Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA) basketball knocked off the visiting Riverdale Raiders (Riverdale, GA), 48-37 in Saturday's league test.

The Tigers (8-8) will now prepare for their test against Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA). The Panthers go into the AAAA Region 4 test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Starr's Mill went down by Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA), 50-45, in a league test.

The Raiders now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Fayette County for a AAAA Region 4 test on Friday, January 27.
