The Shiprock Chieftains basketball team (Shiprock, NM), was overwhelmed 54-25 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Gallup Bengals (Gallup, NM)
The Bengals now possess a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aztec for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 26.
The Chieftains (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Miyamura (Gallup, NM). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record.
