Cheverus Stags (Portland, ME) fans left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the host Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME), 4-2 in a league match.

The Stags (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rangers enter the Class B South match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Greely tipped Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME), 2-1, in a league match.

Next up, the Rams clash with the Portland Bulldogs (Portland, ME) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 9. Gorham will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record.
