The P.K. Yonge Blue Wave (Gainesville, FL) basketball felled the visiting Eastside Rams (Gainesville, FL), 58-40 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Blue Wave (8-2) will now prepare for their test against The Rock (Gainesville, FL). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, The Rock was beaten by Bilingual Christian Academy & Tech (Kissimmee, FL), 66-64, in a league test.
The Rams now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to North Marion for a test on Tuesday, January 24. Eastside will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 51-48 league loss to Eastside (Gainesville, FL). The Colts record now stands at 2-7.
