New Mexico High School Basketball - Los Lunas overwhelmed by Santa Fe

The Santa Fe Demons basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the visiting Los Lunas Tigers to 33 in the Demons non-league victory on Saturday.
The Demons now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manzano for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 25. Santa Fe will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 78-66 non-league win over Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Monarchs record now stands at 5-7.
The Tigers (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Capital was routed by Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM), 46-34, in a non-league contest.
