The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Alisal Trojans (Salinas, CA) and the visiting Everett Alvarez Eagles (Salinas, CA), observed Alisal's basketball team overwhelm Everett Alvarez by a score of 73-42.

The Trojans (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakwood (Morgan Hill, CA). The Hawks come into the PCAL - Gabilan challenge with a 11-5 record. In their last challenge, Oakwood was routed by Monterey (Monterey, CA), 65-41, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Carmel Padres (Carmel, CA) in a PCAL - Gabilan challenge, on Thursday, January 23. Everett Alvarez will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Padres come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 69-43 league win over Salinas (Salinas, CA).
