In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Arroyo Knights basketball team scored a close 52-47 triumph over the Rosemead Panthers.

The Knights (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Gabrielino (San Gabriel, CA). The Eagles go into the Mission Valley contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Gabrielino nipped South El Monte (South El Monte, CA), 41-28, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Mountain View Vikings (El Monte, CA) in a Mission Valley contest, on Friday, January 24. Rosemead will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record.
