The Asheville Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles to 52 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now possess a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Asheville School (Independent) for a NCISAA Carolinas game on Saturday, January 25. Asheville Christian Academy will confront a Blues team coming off a 85-58 league win over Carolina Day (Asheville, NC). The Blues record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, Rabun Gap-Nacoochee falls to 7-12 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Buford (Buford, GA) to confront the Wolves in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Wolves go into the game with a record of 16-3. Buford won 76-72 in their recent non-league game against Calvary Day (Savannah, GA)
