The Mountaineers (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Glen Ridge (Glen Ridge, NJ). The Ridgers come into the non-league challenge with a 11-4 record. In their last challenge, Glen Ridge trounced Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ), 55-35, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Bears battle the Verona Hillbillies (Verona, NJ) in a Super Essex - Independence challenge, on Thursday, January 23. Barringer will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Hillbillies come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 52-33 league win over Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ).
