The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights (St. Louis Park, MN) and the visiting Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN), observed Benilde-St. Margaret's's basketball team edge Waconia by a score of 62-60.
The Red Knights (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against New Prague (New Prague, MN). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-11 record. In their last challenge, New Prague was tipped by St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN), 78-51, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN) in a AAAA Section 3 challenge, on Friday, January 24. Waconia will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 70-67 non-league loss to Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN).
