The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Canyon Eagles (Canyon, TX) and the visiting Perryton Rangers (Perryton, TX), observed Canyon's basketball team overwhelm Perryton by a margin of 64-37.

The Eagles (13-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Raiders come into the 4A Region I District 4 challenge with a 22-5 record. In their last challenge, Randall trounced Dumas (Dumas, TX), 85-35, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rangers battle the West Plains Wolves (Amarillo, TX) in a 4A Region I District 4 challenge, on Friday, January 24. Perryton will attempt to better on its 7-15 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 15-10 record after their 60-44 league win over Hereford (Hereford, TX).
