In Tuesday's non-league test, the North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Central Springs Panthers (Manly, IA), by a final score of 61-45.
Next, the Bearcats clash with the St. Ansgar Saints (St. Ansgar, IA) in a Corn Bowl test, on Friday, January 24. North Butler will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Saints come into the test with a 8-7 record after their 69-26 non-league loss to Osage (Osage, IA).
