In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Daingerfield Tigers basketball team scored a good 62-51 triumph over the Chapel Hill Red Devils.
The Tigers (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson (Jefferson, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region II District 13 contest with a 19-3 record. In their last contest, Jefferson topped New Diana (Diana, TX), 84-57, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Hughes Springs Mustangs (Hughes Springs, TX) in a 3A Region II District 13 contest, on Friday, January 24. Chapel Hill will attempt to better on its 13-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 10-16 record after their 55-53 league win over Harmony (Big Sandy, TX).
