The Slidell Greyhounds basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Collinsville Pirates to 61 in the Greyhounds league triumph on Tuesday.

The Greyhounds now possess a 21-7 record. They play next when they travel to Chico for a 2A Region II District 13 game on Friday, January 24. Slidell will confront a Dragons team coming off a 73-48 league loss to Alvord (Alvord, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 11-16.

With the loss, Collinsville falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Lindsay (Lindsay, TX) to confront the Knights in a 2A Region II District 13 game on Friday, January 24. The Knights go into the game with a record of 16-10. Lindsay won 43-38 in their recent league game against Muenster (Muenster, TX)
