California High School Basketball - Del Norte triumphant over Mission Hills

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA), observed Del Norte's basketball team overwhelm Mission Hills by a score of 62-36.

The Nighthawks (10-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Poway (Poway, CA). The Titans come into the Palomar challenge with a 15-6 record. In their last challenge, Poway trounced Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA), 66-59, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Grizzlies encounter the San Marcos Knights (San Marcos, CA) in a Palomar challenge, on Friday, January 24. Mission Hills will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 18-3 record after their 77-28 league win over Westview (San Diego, CA).
