The Madawaska Owls basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Fort Kent Warriors to 45 in the Owls league triumph on Tuesday.

The Owls now have a 13-0 record. They play next when they travel to Ashland for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22. Madawaska will confront a Hornets team coming off a 66-24 league loss to Southern Aroostook (Dyer Brook, ME). The Hornets record now stands at 3-11.

With the loss, Fort Kent falls to 8-6 on the campaign. The Warriors host Central Aroostook (Mars Hill, ME) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 6-8. Central Aroostook won 65-57 in their recent league game against Easton (Easton, ME)
