The Westborough Rangers nipped the host Groton-Dunstable Crusaders basketball squad by a final score of 79-77 in Tuesday's league outing.
Next, the Rangers face the Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, January 24. Westborough will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record.
The Crusaders (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Marlborough (Marlborough, MA). The Panthers enter the Midland-Wachusett B outing with a 0-10 record. In their last outing, Marlborough was nipped by Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA), 69-44, in a league outing.
