Maryland High School Basketball - Meade holds off North County

The Meade Mustangs basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting North County Knights to 58 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Northeast for a Anne Arundel County game on Friday, January 24. Meade will confront a Eagles team coming off a 62-46 league loss to Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 5-9.
With the loss, North County falls to 10-3 on the campaign. The Knights host South River (Edgewater, MD) to confront the Seahawks in a Anne Arundel County game on Wednesday, January 22. The Seahawks go into the game with a record of 13-0. South River won 64-63 in their recent league game against Old Mill (Millersville, MD)
