In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Sauk Centre Mainstreeters basketball team scored a good 63-46 triumph over the Minnewaska Area Lakers.

The Mainstreeters (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against B O L D (Olivia, MN). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, B O L D topped West Central Area (Barrett, MN), 68-67, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lakers confront the Eden Valley-Watkins Eagles (Eden Valley, MN) in a AA Section 3 contest, on Friday, January 24. Minnewaska Area will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record.
