The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Osceola Seminoles (Osceola, AR) and the visiting Newport Greyhounds (Newport, AR), observed Osceola's basketball team overwhelm Newport by a score of 92-63.

The Seminoles (13-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Walnut Ridge (Walnut Ridge, AR). The Bobcats come into the 3A Region 3 challenge with a 1-12 record.

In their next game, the Greyhounds encounter the Rivercrest Colts (Wilson, AR) in a 3A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, January 24. Newport will attempt to improve on its 18-5 season record. The Colts come into the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 57-30 non-league win over Armorel (Armorel, AR).
