In Tuesday's league contest, the host Placer Hillmen basketball team scored a good 67-56 triumph over the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos.

The Hillmen (18-2) will now prepare for their contest against Yuba City (Yuba City, CA). The Honkers go into the Foothill Valley contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, Yuba City topped Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA), 62-60, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Raging Rhinos confront the Roseville Tigers (Roseville, CA) in a Foothill Valley contest, on Thursday, January 23. Twelve Bridges will attempt to better on its 15-5 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 13-7 record after their 64-53 league win over Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA).
