In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host South Oldham Dragons basketball team scored a good 58-48 triumph over the Spencer County Bears.
The Dragons (16-3) will now prepare for their contest against Owen County (Owenton, KY). The Rebels go into the non-league contest with a 9-4 record.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) in a District 30 contest, on Friday, January 24. Spencer County will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The Bearcats go into the contest with a 8-5 record after their 53-35 league win over Collins (Shelbyville, KY).
