In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Salem Rocks basketball team scored a close 41-39 win over the Brighton Bulldogs.
The Rocks (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Plymouth (Canton, MI). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Plymouth was tipped by Northville (Northville, MI), 54-46, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Hartland Eagles (Hartland, MI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 25. Brighton will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record.
