The Hartselle Tigers basketball team scored 45 points and limited the host Austin Black Bears to 35 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now have a 22-3 record. They play next when they host Muscle Shoals for a 6A Area 15 game on Friday, January 24. Hartselle will confront a Trojans team coming off a 59-46 non-league loss to Arab (Arab, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Austin falls to 6-18 on the campaign. The Black bears travel to Florence (Florence, AL) to confront the Falcons in a 7A Area 8 game on Friday, January 24. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 13-11. Florence won 79-66 in their recent non-league game against Russellville (Russellville, AL)
