Kansas High School Basketball - Basehor-Linwood triumphant over West

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Basehor-Linwood Bobcats (Basehor, KS) and the visiting West Chargers (Topeka, KS), observed Basehor-Linwood's basketball team overwhelm West by a score of 67-43.

The Bobcats (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lansing (Lansing, KS). The Lions come into the United Kansas challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Lansing was routed by De Soto (De Soto, KS), 70-20, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers play the Shawnee Heights Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, KS) in a United Kansas bout, on Friday, January 24. West will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 73-49 league loss to Piper (Kansas City, KS).
