California High School Basketball - Montgomery trounced by Bishop's

January 21, 2025: La Jolla, CA 92037

The Montgomery Aztecs basketball squad (San Diego, CA), was crushed 57-36 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Bishop's Knights (La Jolla, CA)

With the victory, Bishop's advances its record to 14-5 on the year. The Knights host Francis Parker (San Diego, CA) to meet the Lancers in a Freelance battle on Friday, January 24. The Lancers enter the battle with a record of 11-8. Francis Parker lost 54-50 in their recent non-league battle against San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA)

The Aztecs now own a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Victory Christian Academy for a Metro battle on Friday, January 24. Montgomery will meet a Knights squad coming off a 45-33 league win over Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA). The Knights record now stands at 8-13.
