The Central York Panthers basketball squad (York, PA), was nudged 46-41 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Red Lion Lions (Red Lion, PA)

With the victory, Red Lion advances its record to 17-1 on the year. The Lions travel to William Penn (York, PA) to meet the Bearcats in a York-Adams 1 battle on Friday, January 24. The Bearcats enter the battle with a record of 7-6. William Penn won 31-16 in their recent non-league battle against Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA)

The Panthers now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northeastern for a non-league battle on Monday, January 27.
