In Tuesday's league contest, the host Chapel Hill Red Devils basketball team scored a good 34-19 triumph over the Daingerfield Tigers.
The Red Devils (9-15) will now prepare for their contest against Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX). The Mustangs go into the 3A Region II District 13 contest with a 12-16 record. In their last contest, Hughes Springs was topped by Harmony (Big Sandy, TX), 53-36, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Jefferson Bulldogs (Jefferson, TX) in a 3A Region II District 13 contest, on Friday, January 24. Daingerfield will attempt to better on its 1-18 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 19-10 record after their 47-27 league win over New Diana (Diana, TX).
