Next, the Cougars encounter the Young Women's Leadership Academy Cardinals (San Antonio, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 27 test, on Friday, January 24. Cole will attempt to improve on its 19-14 season record.

The Griffins (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Ro-Hawks come into the 3A Region IV District 27 test with a 10-13 record. In their last test, Randolph was routed by Cole (San Antonio, TX), 48-43, in a league test.
