The De Soto Wildcats basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Turner Golden Bears to 12 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Seaman for a United Kansas game on Thursday, January 23. De Soto will confront a Vikings team coming off a 57-44 non-league win over St. James Academy (Lenexa, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 9-0.

With the loss, Turner falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Golden bears host Paseo Academy of Performing Arts (Kansas City, MO) to confront the Pirates in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 29. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 1-1.
