The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Fannindel Falcons (Ladonia, TX) and the visiting Miller Grove Hornets (Cumby, TX), observed Fannindel's basketball team overwhelm Miller Grove by a score of 77-41.

The Falcons (10-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Savoy (Savoy, TX). The Cardinals come into the 1A Region III District 19 challenge with a 17-9 record. In their last challenge, Savoy was routed by Dodd City (Dodd City, TX), 50-19, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Hornets battle the Ector Eagles (Ector, TX) in a 1A Region III District 19 challenge, on Friday, January 24. Miller Grove will attempt to improve on its 7-21 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 12-18 record after their 59-8 league win over Campbell (Campbell, TX).
